1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by TEN FOUR GROUP LIMITED ("Ten Four Group", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") through https://tenfour-group.com.

We provide digital software solutions, CRM systems, trading infrastructure technology, marketing automation tools, and related services to retail customers.

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are subject to the terms below.

2. Digital Products & Platform Access

All software, CRM access, system integrations, digital tools, and online services are considered digital products.

Once access credentials, platform access, or digital delivery has been provided, payments are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Incorrect billing
  • Verified technical failure preventing access (not caused by user error)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

3. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from activation.

4. Custom Development & Implementation

For custom software development, consulting, marketing system setup, or integration services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If the client terminates a project early, fees for completed work remain payable.

5. Evaluation or Performance-Based Programs (If Applicable)

If applicable:

  • Participation or access fees are non-refundable once platform access is issued.
  • Refunds are not granted based on performance results.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Ten Four Group before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of access
  • Recovery of administrative and dispute-related costs

7. Consumer Protection

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Hong Kong law.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
